Registration Center

The school accepts all students regardless of their gender, religion, race or nationality.
The registration process needs to be completed by the parents or the legal guardian.

Complete the registration form found at the top.
The student’s application will not be considered complete until the reqiored documents are received.

PHOTOS:
6 recent passport-sized color photographs of the applicant.

PASSPORT COPIES:

• Original valid passport of the student + photocopy
• Photocopy of valid residency visa of the student
• Original valid passport of father/sponsor + photocopy
• Photocopy of valid residency visa of father

If the residence visa for either case is still being processed, the passport copy must show the immigration entry stamp. Additionally, a written request from the sponsor for a grace period must be provided.

Other Documents:

• Copy of Vaccination Record
• Completed Medical Form (attached to the application form)
• Transportation Form (if required) (attached to the application form)

Once all the application requirements have been met an Entrance Exam date will be set for students applying to enroll in Grades 3-12.

These students will take entrance exams in English and Math using MAP test.

Students who are applying to enroll in kindergarten or in Grades 1-2 will be interviewed by a teacher in order to assess their abilities and social interaction. We will also set an appointment to meet the parents.

Please note that it is a requirement that KG students be fully toilet trained.

Acceptance to our school is based upon the results of the Entrance Exam and previous school history.

Acceptance for students who are applying to enroll in kindergarten or in Grades 1-2 is based on feedback given by teachers who interviewed the students.

Parents will be advised of the status of application by phone within 5 days at the latest from the date of assessment.

KG1 Applicants must be 3 years and half by 1st of September regardless of when they join.

KG2 Applicants must be 4 years and half by 1st of September regardless of when they join.

Grade 1 Applicants must be 5 years and half by 1st of September regardless of when they join.

If the grade level an applicant is applying for is full, the application will be placed on the waiting list.

Once an applicant is accepted then the parent will need to supply the following by end of June if applying for the next academic year or immediately if the academic year has started:

END-OF-YEAR ATTESTED REPORT CARD by local or abroad ministry of education.
